Former home of farmers, Casa Domingo is an architectural complex typical of rural Galician: house with shed, stable, barn, granary, mill and orchard.

Restored as a shelter for the use and enjoyment of the pilgrim, Casa Domingo retains all its popular charm, with maximum respect for its original appearance, traditional building elements, the natural environment.

- Litter with your own sleeping bag : 10€

- Litter with sheets, blanket and towel: 12€

Available from May 1st to Avril 31th, with or without booking.

Surroundings

Casa Domingo is located in the heart of Galicia. Exactly at Ponte Campaign, a place in the parish of Mato within the municipality of Palas de Rei, in the southwestern province of Lugo.

 

Nestled in a peaceful valley of very mild relief, surrounded by forests of native species (oaks, chestnuts, birches) that hinder the poor lands of scrub and woodland, Casa Domingo enjoys a privileged location: the river Pambre and the Way of St. James crossing in front of its door.
